Engineered to bring can't-miss accuracy to any table saw, the Scale Miter Gauge (SMG) features a protractor head with a pointer-and-notch alignment mechanism that locks in 181 precise angles. Anchor that to a premium adjustable miter bar and add a heavy-duty extendable fence and micro-adjustable flip stop for making repeated cuts of the same length, and you have a premium miter gauge that will take your woodworking to a whole new level of accuracy.
- The precision protractor head features a pointer and 90 notches in 1 degree increments each side of 0 degrees
- The built-in Vernier scale gives you the ability to fine-tune any angle in 1/10 degree increments
- An 18" miter bar, made to fit in common 3/8" x 3/4" miter slots, uses six adjustable washers to eliminate side-to-side wiggle in the miter slot while ensuring a smooth glide forward and back
- The aluminum fence provides a larger reference for holding workpieces accurately and includes a telescoping extension that reaches up to 31-1/2" (or 34" with the flip stop)
- Make repeated cuts using the flip stop for identical project parts
- The flip stop indexes on the fecne with a tooth-and-notch system that lets you position it in 1/32" increments
- The flip stop's dual arms can be set independently at different lengths from the blade or linked together with a rod, all of which can be fine-tuned with a built-in micro-adjuster
