How long will my order take to ship?
The typical processing time for an order is one to two business days. If you would like to check the status of an order, please email email@example.com with your sales order number included and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you ship outside the US, Hawaii, or Alaska?
Due to agreements with our vendors we are only able to ship product within the US. We are able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
How can I calculate the shipping cost for my order?
We ship within the United States. A shipping estimator will appear as a drop down on product pages and in your cart once your zip code is entered.
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
Select items do qualify for free shipping. This will be notated on the product page for all eligible items. Use code FREESHIP at checkout to apply free shipping to additional qualifying items.
My product was damaged in shipping, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged item in your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and photos of the damage for assistance.
Drop Ship vs. local pickup vs. shipped items
Most items we sell are able to be shipped within the United States. Drop Ship only items are sent to you directly from the manufacturer. Local pickup items cannot be shipped and must be picked up in-store at 999 Goodale Blvd.
What is your return policy?
If you want to return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first by filling out this form. Some of our brands/manufacturers offer a 30-day full money back guarantee. If an item was incorrectly shipped at the fault of Ohio Power Tool, we will return the item at no additional shipping charge or fee. All other shipping charges including exchanges, will be at your expense. Please know your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do all we can to work with you to avoid additional fees and delays.
When will I receive tracking information on my order?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has been processed and shipped out from our facility.
How can I check the status of my order?
You should receive detailed tracking information once your order has left our facility, however if you have any other questions regarding the status of your order you can call 800-242-4424 or email email@example.com with your name and order number included for assistance.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be changed/canceled after they have been placed. Call 800-242-4424 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number to make any changes to your active orders.
What happens if an item I purchased is backordered?
Our purchasing team will place an order with the manufacturer as soon as possible, and one of our customer service representatives will reach out to inform you of any delays greater than a couple of weeks. We understand your order is as important to you as it is to us, and will do everything we can to get it delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Ohio Power Tool offers rentals for a variety of professional equipment specializing in plumbing equipment, electric tools, pneumatic tools and hydraulic lifting equipment. Ohio Power Tool is the factory authorized service & warranty center for most of the premier power tool brands we sell. We offer unequaled experience, servicing, testing and rebuilding of your tools to factory specifications using factory parts! Customers looking for tool repair service— warranty or otherwise— please contact us first as we cannot access service parts for certain items/brands. If you're having issues with the website, such as logging in, products not displaying or working correctly - Browser cache could have something saved that's interrupting your experience. How do I update my personal information on my account?
Log into your account on our website and click Account Settings in the top right corner of the Home Page. From there you can edit your contact information, billing/shipping addresses, manage your orders and account information, and manage your subscriptions to our newsletter.
Do you offer a student/military/first responder/senior discount?
Unfortunately we do not offer discounts for students, military personnel, first responders, or seniors.
