Sales Program Coordinator 

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating selling events with companies and/or customers for various OPT programs, such as our boot and apparel program, as well as upcoming endeavors. This person will travel to worksites to pursue leads and setup a display with fitting options to provide product and program knowledge to grow sales and customer retantion. This position requires pitching and conferring with customers regarding the presented program(s) with follow-up enrollment arrangements. You will also act as the liaison between the customer/clients and the OPT sales, purchasing, marketing, and operations teams. 

 

Reports To

Sales Manager

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Acts as liaison to coordinate information and service between the end user of a product/program and the sales team. 

  • Coordinates selling events with targeted customers and travels to various locations including, but not limited to jobsites, company addresses, trade shows, schools, etc. 

  • Setting up display of products for the anticipation of enrolling the company into the sales program. 

  • Oversees and facilitates the delivery and enrollment of program products. 

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Repair Services Coordinator

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the repair process by coordinating repair status with both the repair technician and customer. Position requires courteous conversation and correspondence with customers regarding tool repair status and possible tool replacement. This position will contact the customer regarding pending repair estimates, repair completions, and general repair order status.

To succeed in this position, you should have a solid knowledge of warranty repair standards to be able to effectively communicate with customers and vendors on repair status and resolution. You should have a strong attention to detail with excellent communication and swift customer service follow up skills.

 

Reports To

Customer Service Supervisor

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ability to review pending orders in the CRM system queue and take action to resolve work orders by contacting the customer and vendor for next steps.

  • Work as a team with Repair and Sales Departments in managing repair priorities and providing efficient customer service. This would include the ability to sell new tools, offer tool rental options and general repair tool support for customers

  • Assist customers in the store with any questions they may have. In addition, answering phone calls and emails regarding tool repair inquiries.

  • Adhere to plan of action for all repairs while maintaining logs, labor and maintenance records.

Qualifications

  • Experience of warranty repair standards for providing accurate repair status to customer and answering general repair questions.

  • Customer service experience in a related construction or industrial sales for 2+ years.

  • Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving and accurate service notations.

  • Proficient computer skills to navigate internal software and research warranty and inventory sites.

Inside Counter Representative

Job Overview

Our Inside Sales Representative’s main priority is to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels of their experience with Ohio Power Tool. This position requires courteous conversation and correspondence with customers and follow-up to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Duties will include managing various levels of customer service for both local and internet based customers.

To ensure success, you will need to be professional and pleasant in challenging situations, and take responsibility for the satisfaction of customers from arrival to departure. Preferred candidates will be positive, pro-active and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

 

Reports To

Customer Service Supervisor

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcome customers to the store and help with any questions they might have.

  • Answer telephone calls and assist customers with inquiries.

  • Manage and respond to customer email and voicemail.

  • Ensure all orders, quotes, returns, repairs, cash sales and CRM cases are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Support Internet Sales Orders.

  • Clean and Stock showroom floor and ensure a well-organized display of products.

  • Assist inside and outside sales team in preparing quotes and orders for customers.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills and team mentality.

  • Proficient computer skills to interface with internal inventory/sales systems as well as vendors.

  • Proficient knowledge of tools, accessories and their functions with a desire to learn more.

  • Customer service experience in a related construction or industrial sales for 4+ years

  • Netsuite ERP and CRM experience a plus

Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative’s (CSR) primary responsibility is providing an exceptional customer experience to every customer. The CSR role will answer questions, provide information and process orders for our customers. All customer communications, whether over the phone, email and/or in person, will be professional and courteous. Our CSR will provide awareness to our customers of the various products and services OPT offers to expand our customer sales.

 

Reports To

Customer Service Supervisor

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process incoming calls, emails, CRM cases and in person transactions such as: orders, quotes, returns, order expedites, product information, product availability, etc.

  • Ensure all orders, quotes, returns, cash sales and CRM cases are processed accurately and in a timely manner

  • Take ownership of customer orders, issues and CRM cases with prompt follow through to resolution. This includes: expediting product, ensuring delivery is met, researching project technical questions, alternatives items, etc.

  • Assist customers with website navigation trouble, login resets and other customer service issues as needed

  • Selling products and service to clients and processing payments

  • Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written required

  • 2-3 years Customer Service or Sales experience required

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Strong team collaboration skills, flexibility to learn and perform all CS functions

  • Ability to stay calm and adapt/respond to different types of challenges

  • Netsuite ERP and CRM experience a plus

Full Time Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

The Warehouse Associate is an integral position within the warehouse by handling inventory arrivals, storage, transfers and shipments. This person will work with our team to maintain the high volume of shipping and receiving traffic on a daily basis for our company. This position requires accuracy in handling bar codes while moving inventory to correct staging areas. The Warehouse Associate position requires knowledge and use of scanners that assist with inventory management, and at times operates forklifts to handle materials and inventory.

To ensure success you will need the ability to follow instructions and operate in an orderly and efficient manner. You will always keep your work environment clean and tidy, and comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures. This person must be able to handle fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.

Operations Manager

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure all incoming deliveries match company purchase orders and/or Packing slip; accurately enter receipts into system and distribute items to the correct bin locations.

  • Accurately pick and pack inventory according to policy.

  • Manage inventory by accurately identifying, cataloging, and recording location of inventory.

  • Process requisitions and Purchase Orders. Ensure orders waiting on products go out and remaining items are stocked in warehouse or showroom.

  • Analyze pick sheets based on client orders and pull the appropriate products for each order; process the order for shipment using Ship Station and other systems.

  • Help customers and outside sales team with loading/unloading items to and from vehicles.

  • Assist counter sales team with stocking correct products in showroom and pulling orders for customers.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Good computer skills to interface with internal inventory, sales and shipping systems.

  • Ability to lift up to a maximum of 100 lbs.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

 

Experience

Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
