RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) first by filling out the form below. An RMA form is required to make a return. Some of our Brands/Manufacturers offer a 30 day full money back guarantee. However, our minimum restock fee is 15% and could increase depending on the item and condition. If an item was shipped at the fault of Ohio Power Tool, we will return the item at no additional shipping charge or fee. All other shipping charges including exchanges, will be at your expense. Please know your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do all we can to work with you to avoid additional fees and delays.

WARRANTY POLICY

If you wish to send us a tool for warranty repair, please package it with a copy of the original purchase receipt, a description of the problem, along with your name, email, address and phone number. We will honor all of our Manufacturer’s warranty policies and repair or replace the tool under their specified terms.

PRICING POLICY

While Ohio Power Tool strives to provide accurate pricing and product information, unintentional pricing or typographical errors may occur. Ohio Power Tool reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information (including, without limitation, information related to text, pricing, availability and product descriptions) at any time without notice (including after you submitted your order and confirmation was received). In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Ohio Power Tool shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for any order subsequently cancelled, Ohio Power Tool will issue a credit to your credit card.
