Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return/exchange a product, please follow the steps below.
How to Make a Return: To begin a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by completing the form below. An RMA is required for all returns, and we typically respond on the same business day.
30-Day Full Refund Policy: We honor the 30-day full money-back guarantee offered by many of our leading brands. Please check the specific product page for details.
We also offer a 30-day full refund for the following items, provided they are in new, resalable condition with all original packaging and tags intact:
Unused tools and accessories.
Workwear (with tags on) that has only been tried on for fit.
Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns that have been used, worn, washed, or are missing the original packaging. These items must be resold as "Open Box" at a discount. Please note, items that are manufactured-to-order may incur a higher restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for customized or logo items.
Shipping Costs: If your order was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

WARRANTY POLICY
If tool was not purchased from Ohio Power Tool please contact us (sales@ohiopowertool.com) first to ensure we can warranty your item. For Milwaukee (https://service.milwaukeetool.com/) & Dewalt (https://www.toolservicenet.com/b2b/en/cart/onlineRepair) warranty repairs you can also send directly to them for quick turn around. If you wish to send us a tool for warranty repair, please package it with a copy of the original purchase receipt, a description of the problem, along with your name, email, address and phone number. We will honor all of our Manufacturer’s warranty policies and repair the tool under their specified terms.

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Ohio Power Tool shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If your credit card has been charged for any order subsequently cancelled, Ohio Power Tool will issue a credit to your credit card.
