CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Answer phone calls & emails, assist walk-in customers and follow through on all customer requests.
- Must have general working knowledge of power tool equipment, be able to review parts breakdowns and help customers determine “the right tool for the job”.
- Responsible for checking in tool repairs, preparing quotes and following up with customers.
- Must be knowledgeable with computers to operate our inventory management software and other systems
POWER TOOL MECHANIC
- Experience repairing electric, pneumatic and hydraulic tools
