INSIDE SALES & MARKETING
- Minimum 3 years past sales and marketing experience required in an industrial trade.
- Must possess working knowledge of power tool application and usage for electric, pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
- Can read a schematic and find part numbers for repair parts
- Assist with customer service through counter sales, answer emails, preparing bids and taking phone calls from local and online customers.
- Help grow the business through tracking e-mail and direct mail campaigns, assisting with online marketing efforts, follow-up calls, cold calls and promoting new products.
- Will be required to work with Great Plains accounting system, our Ecommerce software and other Microsoft Office products.
