Our Inside Sales representative’s main priority is to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels of their experience with Ohio Power Tool. Position requires courteous conversation and correspondence with customers and follow-up to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Duties will include managing various levels of customer service for both local and internet based customers.

Position Duties:

  • Welcome customers to the store and help with any questions they might have.
  • Answer telephone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Manage and respond to customer emails.
  • Support Internet Sales Orders.
  • Stock showroom floor and ensure a well-organized display of products.
  • Assist inside & outside sales team in preparing quotes and orders for customers.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent customer service skills and team mentality
  • Good computer skills to interface with our inventory/sales system as well as vendors.
  • Good knowledge of tools, accessories and their functions with a desire to learn more.
  • Customer service experience in a related construction or industrial sales for 4+ years.

Job Description

As a Web/Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing our website by analyzing marketing data, handling back-office aspects of a project implementation, completing reports, and providing specific recommendations for growth. You’ll work with our internal team to build our product offering, manage promotional offers and maintain our advertising budget.

Role Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Web & Marketing with various projects, such as adding product to the website and sorting products based on buying trends.
  • Assist Account Manager to meet revenue growth and profit margin targets
  • Provide ongoing and outstanding support to our team.
  • Create Reports, Status Reports, and Budget Control Reports
  • Obtain Google AdWords Certification & Advanced Training

What we are looking for:

  • 1-3 years Marketing or related experience
  • Outstanding at finding solutions and solving problems
  • 1-3 years working with Google Adwords and Product Market Places
  • Exceptional Excel skills and understanding of important formulas such as vlook up
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to see all the pieces and how each piece fits together
  • A tenacious, positive person, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can easily manage multiple project simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, outgoing and performance driven-personality
