The STIHL PICCO™ Micro™ 3 chain is a low-kickback, narrow kerf, smooth-cutting, and low-profile chain ideal for small to mid-sized chainsaws with between 1.5 kW (2.0 bhp) and 1.9 kW (2.5 bhp). It performs equally well as compared to the previous model, with the only difference being a slight increase in weight. This semi-chisel chain does not usually get dull as fast as a full-chisel chain in normal use and is easier to maintain and sharpen.
- OILOMATIC® Saw Chain. These saw chains feature specially engineered grooves designed to channel oil to critical wear areas.
- Low Kickback. STIHL recommends the use of a green-labeled, low-kickback chain for all users to help reduce the risk of injury in certain kickback situations.
