Beginning in November 2006, the family of HMD904 style drills will be assembled with a new hex drive spindle mounting system that allows for faster and easier changeout of drill arbors and accessories. The threaded motor spindle has been replaced with a male hex that mates to the new drill arbor, and is held in place by two set screws. To disengage the arbor, loosen the set screws and pull the arbor away from the motor spindle. It's as easy as that! Ask for Spindle Mount #HOU05536 and Chuck #48-66-1381.
Lightweight, just 27.5 lbs.
It has a new, more powerful motor so you can drill large holes without stalling deep in the cut.
New Ergonomic Feed handles can be easily switched to either side.
Carrying case, safety chain and hex wrenches are standard.

Hole capacity 7/16"- 1-1/2" diameter, 2" depth.
Uses 12,000 Series Cutters.
