RED-X stands for maximum operator comfort, as lightweight flat hoses are much easier to handle than conventional heavy and bulky ones. With maximum safety included: Manufactured with a woven reinforcement, they remain extremely resistant to bursting or tearing during a long lifetime.
Easy to handle! If long distances have to be covered, it is much easier to use a RED-X flat hose because it is extremely flexible and easy to unroll. It weights three times less than a conventional rubber hose because the woven reinforce¬ment constitutes 1/5 of the wall thickness
Easy to store! Since the RED-X hose is flat, it takes less than half the storage space of a conventional rubber hose.
Safer if damaged! Because of the woven rein¬forcement RED-X flat hose offers a very high resistance to bursting and tensile strength (end pull). If the hose ruptures despite the fact that all precautions are taken, it will do so longitudinally instead of crosswise. A rupture will still keep the hose in one piece and eliminate the risk of whipping hose ends.
