Beginning in November 2006, the HMD925 style drills will be assembled with a new hex drive spindle mounting system that allows for faster and easier changeout of drill arbors and accessories. The threaded motor spindle has been replaced with a male hex that mates to the new drill arbor, and is held in place by two set screws. To disengage the arbor, loosen the set screws and pull the arbor away from the motor spindle. It's as easy as that! Ask for Spindle Mount #HOU05536 and Chuck #48-66-1381.
Heavy Duty Hole Making Capacity, using Rotabroach Annular Cutters to produce holes from 7/16" to 1-1/4" diameter through materials up to 2" thick in power feed mode.
Solid state circuitry that monitors and adjusts the self-feed action to continuously maintain optimum drilling performance throughout the entire cut.
Compact and lightweight at 37 lbs.
Uses 12,000 Series Cutters.
